These fundamental changes was necessary to enable Indonesia to compete in the global economies and market as well as to create a sustainable economic growth. The law and regulation face the challenge to these fundamental changes as to accommodate the more openness and integration of Indonesia to the global market while maintaining the sovereignty of Indonesia as an independent nation.      

The firm was found by two partners who have extensive work experience in field of corporate law and finance in particular of complex corporate restructuring and forensic audit. We have been committed to our foreign and domestic clients to provide a comprehensive legal services in particular of foreign investment with complex structure of fully owned, merger acquisition and join venture cooperation, Indonesia capital market transaction, capital and asset restructuring, financing with complex structure, legal advisory, forensic audit, investment tax advisory, and general corporate legal administration.
